You need Alb citizenship to sit in the Albanian section but not in the neutral zones. I read somewhere that each team gets like 20k tickets but the stadiums are huge, like 60k and more. Getting tickets wont be a problem unless you want to sit in the ALbanian section but lets be honest, when Albania plays most of the stadium will be Albanian.

Did ask Plako. And I have very high connections in the police and yet still can't be done as we both (I assume) haven't done our biometric printing. Therefore embassy won't help. It has to be in Albania. There are 2 options while there, 2 days for circa £100 or 2 weeks standard for 30.
However, I think we may have a get out clause with our birth certificates.

For all those who need passports, just do what Simboli said, contact your local consulate or embassy if you live or visit DC. (For those in Europe, just go to Albania lol)

As LedZep mentioned you only need a passport for the Albanian section. You can buy tickets anywhere else in the stadium with any passport, and there will be a lot of Albos in the "neutral" sections. If you're from Kosova/Macedonia and really want to be in the Albo section, try to see if you need your name on the tickets, and get a friend/family member from RA to get you the tickets.
