That team had an identity (pressing) and was a decent counter attacking team with Lenjani, Roshi and even Agoli. This current team has no identity and plays like a mid table serie B team. No width, no pace, no counter attacking and they don't know whether to sit back or press defensively. They also are terrible with possession. You need disciplined and calm players to play his system not amateurs.
This is purely on Reja. He's botched one of the best generations and blatantly left out professional players out of the lineup (Broja, Balliu and Bajrami). Only Albania benches three of their best players for amateurs

If Reja had CAS for one game against Poland he too would finish 2nd.
Nothing to do with a 2nd place finish, as the real accomplishment was breaking the top 25. Old Reja cannot get out the top 60..
De Biasi conceded 2 goals to the top 2 seeds by stacking the lineup with defenders and doubling up down the flanks. Reja gave up 12 by trying to hold possession with weak midfielders.

Hit the nail on the head. A competent manager gets so much more out of this group of players.

The reason we went up the rankings is because we qualified bozo. Thats where the big points are.

Absolutely false!
We broke into the top 25 in August 2015, while qualifiers ended October 2015. The boys finished qualifying cycle in 36th place.
Albania went up in the rankings on the back of a string of great results such as a win at Portugal, a draw at France, a win v. France, win at Serbia, and draw v. Denmark.

One leads to the other, by qualifying you win games, which means more points, which means you get the big points in the major games. You cant go up the rankings without winning. Pretty easy to understand.
Go back to making 6 defender formations with Xhoni from Peja in defence

Tough start at Granada for Uzuni, though it was to be expected as he needs to adapt to the big step up in quality. Just gave away a pen against Villareal.

Uzuni can’t defend.

Uzuni's position is weird too. He's not really a winger because he's limited technically, not a striker, not a #10, not a CM.
But surely Granada scouted him and that's why they paid a decent amount for him. This is on them.
