Lol Kukesi and Tropoja have an ongoing race since the communism times . Catholics (althrough there're few of them there 15%) want their kids to succeed more than those of the muslims and viceversa . I couldn't believe this but i've seen it with my own eyes

Yeah I can vouch for this. The Catholics there are very reserved also and don't really like to mingle with anyone apart from their own.
