Berisha has a mental problem that will block him from becoming a top player. I don't think he has the self belief and confidence to break through that wall. Everytime he does well and goes on a good streak, he always has to f*** up in some way or another.
Absolutely, I think Berisha could be a world class goal keepers with the right attitude/confidence. He's only 26 years old, and he's 6'4". His reflexes are there as well when he plays with us. But you see his lack in confidence in certain instances where he could easily catch the ball but it looks he gets nervous and swats it out instead.. I just hope he holds up well in France.

Well to be honest, if we do good in this tournament, GDB is definitely leaving us for greener pastures. I mean Italy's manager spot is going to be vacant and I can't see them NOT making him an offer..

Ok it was cute at first but De Biasi needs to calm the fkc down with rejecting players left and right. Many of our current players have rejected Albania in the past and we saw how that worked out. They are using you but you gotta use them too... To me they're all mercenaries anyway. Maybe he's getting too cocky/over his head.
Having said that, I've seen Tarashaj play and I'm not a fan but we'll eventually lose some good talents thanks to this lame stubbornness.

Not even eventually, Avdijaj is right now.
Also with De Biasi calling up Mavraj this approach he is adopting is hypocritical.

DB thinks he's a messiah or something. Bitch, Estonia got 2nd place with semi-pro players last time, it's not a big deal. We need the Tarashajs, Manajs, Hadergjonajs.
I want Mirel Josa as coach. He could create insane amount of chances against big teams with incompetents like Superliga players, and players in NT don't sell matches and aren't complete losers mentally. Plus our defenders aren't mentally retarded.

De Biasi doesn't care about the future of Albania as i think he is receving many offers from clubs or other national teams with better players pool. Btw in Germany there are other 3-4 players who will become better than Avdiaj and one of them is Dijon Rama.
Anderlecht is going to fire Hasi by March/June as Club Brugge will win the league , that's why i hope Hasi gets our National Team after the Euros . Cana and Mavraj might not be part of our team for next qualifiers so adding Hadergjonaj would be natural thing to do. Having Spain and Italy in our group doesn't help but we could use a pool of young players so they would be ready for next Euros.

I still want Josa over Hasi. Yes, Hasi is the bigger name, but bigger names dont do better with smaller team. Look at Ranieri losing to Faroe Islands with Greece.
Josa fits our team like a glove at this point. He can make low iq players create lots of chances. If he had players slightly better than Skendebeus he would have done great things in EL groups.

Milot Rashica with another goal tonight against Twente.

It would be insane for De Biasi not to call up Rashica for the next game. It was crazy he didn't get called up for the last game but now he has proved he is much better than any player in his position or even offensively we have.
Tarashaj and De Biasi is escalating quickly.

Rashica with 2 goals and an assist tonight.
When they analyse every nation for the Euros there is usually a 'player to watch'. Surely he's ours.
