Asllani will learn a lot playing and training with Barella, Brozovic and co. These are very high level players.

Only problem is that he's probably not ready for this big of a move so soon. He's still a player in development who's getting better game by game. The Milan deal of leaving him in Empoli for 1 more year was probably better for development.

Maybe playing at Empoli would get him more mins but I disagree about the too soon comment, with European football, he'll gain invaluable experience at Inter and like you said training with those guys will only help. Cant be afraid to take the step to the next level and that's what he's doing.

It's not done deal yet, i don't have any doubts that he will agree terms with any top italian club.

What do you think about Aurelio Andreazzoli guys? He was the coach of Asllani, Barjami and Ismajli at Empoli.

He is quite good in launching young players and his tacticals are more flexible than Reja's.
Great idea!

Save Salernitana, Empoli conceded most goals (70) in Serie A last season.

Also scored a bunch and were comfortably safe which is when they took the season off as a newly promoted team

And we need goals , anyone is better than Reja. Well anyone except you

Lazio looking to sell Hysaj. He has fallen mightily since reaching his peak at Napoli a few years back. So even Lazio doesn’t want him in a back 4, but we keep playing him as wingback. I still think he is the best option for us unfortunately but only as full back, that way we don’t have to watch his awful crosses anymore.

That FB spot will be a major problem in 2-3 years. Hysaj and Balliu will both be approaching mid-30s.

Nah it wont be a problem. At least not for replacing Hysaj. He’s been garbage for both club and country at least these last 3 years. We have some decent prospects as FBs in the youth ranks.

Balliu is decent on offence..

Defensively, he leaves many openings. Albania has better results with Trashi starting in his place. In a 4 back formation, Balliu could play as wide midfielder rather than fullback.

Ismajlgeci and Doka are also intriguing prospects in the wide positions. Would like to see more of them.

You say that but you’ll see what garbage really is when we have to play some Ramadani level player there if no one emerges
