Well lately the belowed Serbian media got "out of contest" a quote of Albania's PM Edi Rama . Many analists have been writting about this and they see it as a mission impossible for the Ukraina like outcomes in the Balkans and the fact that Serbia might not allow this to happen without another war. The EU diplomats have been criticizing Edi Rama and he today said that he doesn't care about the EU criticism .
Political tension in the Western Balkans is running high again. On April 6, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama cautioned that his country would unify with Kosovo if the European Union failed to incorporate both countries into the continental bloc. Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic was quick to respond, accusing Rama of fomenting instability in the region.
Albania and Serbia have a complex relationship because of ethnic tensions and overlapping territorial aspirations. Complicating things further, Albania supported Kosovo's 2008 unilateral declaration of independence, while Serbia continues to resist its international recognition. Friction between Serbia and Albania will persist, but Albania's claims over Kosovo will remain rhetorical, and a more serious escalation is unlikely.

Albania and Serbia Are at Odds AgainThe Ahtisaari Plan conditioned Kosovo's independence by adopting a multiethnic “Kosovar,” rather than an Albanian identity. Still, Gallup surveys revealed that 75% of Kosovo Albanians would prefer to live unified with Albania in the same country. The same support was seen in Albania where 68% of the citizens of Albania preferred a unification of Albania with Kosovo.
