Futbollistat gjithmone kan me bo zgjedhjen cilen besojn qe ju sherben ma se shumti ne karriere Xhemajli e ka me shume drejte qe mosperfshirja edhe injorimi i ish-lojtareve ne shqiptar ne poste drejtuese ne Federate te Futbollit ose ekipe te moshave ndikon negativisht ne rekrutim te lojtareve. Prej Milaim Rames qe ka dal publikisht shume here qe i ka keshillu lojtart shqiptar me lujt per Shqiperine e Kosoven, edhe ish-lojtart tjere shqiptar me kontribute ne kombetaren zvicerane te pakten privatisht kan me ju sygjeru lojtareve mos me zgjedh Zvicrren sidomos nese te trajtojn si Valon Behramin.

Xhemaili po kerkon pune nga federata zvicerane.
