The Australian born Greek, George Kambosos Jr, went into Teofimo Lopez back garden and took his undefeated record, along with all his belts.

Lightweight unification bout against Devin Haney, who had previously claimed he would “never lose to a white boy,” looks to be right around the corner.

Haney will lose to Kambosos. Supposedly defensive and skilled fighter was getting tagged up all night by a career featherweight with a 47% KO rate. Kambosos is a real lightweight with a bit more power and speed and volume and no doubt in Australia Haney will sink or swim.

Genc Pllana is scheduled for 8 rounds at super middleweight against highly touted up and comer Diego Pacheco tonight in San Diego. Albanian is tough and has never been knocked out..

Undefeated hispanic is ranked 50th by Boxrec, standing 6’4” with a whopping 79” reach. He has registered 10 knockouts in 13 fights and will be favored to get the job done here.

Florian Marku opens a heavy favorite (-450 via Bet365) to take out former British champion Chris Jenkins (+300) this Saturday in Newcastle.

Jenkins is coming off an 8 round decision victory against former Unified Super Lightweight champion Julius Indongo in Cardiff a couple months back.

IBF International Welterweight Title will be on the line here.

Jenkins was a decent boxer but seems to be a bit over the hill. No knockout power to hold Marku off with, but should give him a good fight regardless.

Excited for this matchup!

Congratulations to Marku for the stoppage!

Easily the best performance of his career. Jenkins has seen better days, but credit to the Albanian for getting job done against former British champion.

Calling out Amir Khan now, and it would be a great event to potentially bring back home to Tirana!

Nice knockout but he was getting outboxed easily . Let’s hope grant smith can do some work with him because as I’ve always said I just don’t see it with him.

Amid Khan in Tirana would be nice since that man has no chin and is a big name, would help Markus rep a lot
