Kosovo doesn't have much professionals. I've always thought Zhegrova was a headache and a player that you can't build around. Talented but childish and lazy. You make a childish punk like him the face of the team. Albania never really had talented guys like him but atleast guys like Abrashi, Ramadani, Hysaj, Asllani, etc, were all professionals and played hard. At the club level he's probably held a little more accountable as there are players just as talented as him and he can always be sold/drop. At Kosovo he's not held accountable because he will never be dropped and the pundits will always rave about him.

Kosovo also has a lineup dilemma. They try to accomodate their mediocre attacking players but always have a big glaring hole in the midfield. Until they find their defensive midfielder they will struggle.

Lille, one of the top teams in France doesn't have a problem having Zhegrova as their main man.

This is witch hunt! Everyone knows that Aro Muric and Muslija are womanizers and Zhegrova is spoiled brat, Muric had incident with Challandes because he was drunk on training session, multiple times was reported that tried to sneak women on his room so this kind of punishment looks more than "lynching" than man management. Timing is terrible, they are punishing Zhegrova, Muric and Muslija to protect other players who were shit.
The team lost and they hang around in pubs, this might not be the best man management but at least for the moment removes attention from the loss imediately.
Time for Bekaj to fill the shoes, Muric is like Strakosha, quite inconsistent, should've done more at the Romania's first goal. Zhegrova has one chance the whole game against Romania.

It's not first time that thing happened, they can't find any excuse for Agim Ademi. Public opinion and fans want answers why Kosova is playing worse under Foda than Giresse and why Valon Berisha and Aliti keep playing so best way is to put blame on Zhegrova and Muric. Players of any national team will go out and get drunk if there is no structure that prevents them. It's selective punishment, you lose two quality players and protect parasites as Valon Berisha and Aliti. Kosova should beat Cyprus with local league players so this whole cordinated campaign is so fucking nasty and counterproductive on long term.

There is no way everyone is blaming FFK for expecting the most minimum discipline, especially after a loss and a day before a big game.

The players behaving like that in the past shouldn't excuse them, if anything it makes it worse and probably explains why they underperform for NT.

FFK's statement stinks, they're not telling if the players broke the rules prior to the Romania game or after. But whatever, Kosova should beat Cyprus with the team they have, even if they somehow drop point I don't think FFK will take any accountability.

Because he's held accountable at Lille. If he doesn't act like an adult he will get replaced. At Kosovo he can be as childish as he wants and he'll be in the starting 11 no matter what. I don't know if he tracks back at Lille but at Kosovo you can bet he doesn't track back and put in a shift.

The kid is a little shithead. If he wasn't a footballer he'd be one of those shit head rappers singing about cocaine and guns.

Zhegrova plays the same way for Lille. The only difference is that they give him the freedom to express himself on the field over there. He was many times in open shooting positions vs Romania and was ignored by Rashica, Muriqi, Berisha and Krasniqi & Rrahmani too on the chance they messed up.

Yes, Zhegrova might come to many people as a dickhead, but how many Albanian players have you seen say it publicly that they play to win and manifest every day being the best, lol?! Kosova has a player who can win games on his own, but instead of maximizing his attributes they decide to see him as any other player in the team.

@Zenmaster might actually be right, when he says there's a clan inside the NT and players like Muriqi, Rashica, Vojvoda, Berisha are untouchable. If you go and watch how much defensive work players like Rashica & Muriqi put for their clubs and compare that to how little they press when playing for Kosova, you'll see that there's so much wrong with this team.

This Visar Bekaj guy is comedy! You can tell who the Albanian leaguers are on this team.

But either way looks like demanding discipline is working. This is looking like an easy win.
