I mean Rrahmani can't be two places at once. If he misses the Napoli match then Napoli fans get mad at him and he potentially losses his spot. He has a duty for his club team who pay his wages.

I think the issue is clear here about UEFA scheduling the match on a day where most leagues are playing.
