Lukaku moved to Inter on loan this year. Chelsea has an awful track record with signing strikers and maybe their hesitant on spending a fortune on another striker who doesn’t fit. Interesting if they just rotate the striker position this year and if Broja can get some minutes.

What an absolute L they took with Lukaku. What Inter did to them should not be legal.

But these English clubs are dumb enough to continue spending stupid money.

Yea they don’t wanna do the same mistakes like selling Tammy, Tomori and others to buy Lukaku. The players they sold are worth 4 times the value of Lukaku today. Btw they swim in money compared to the Serie A teams, probably even bottom table EPL teams have better budget than top 4 Serie A teams.

Now they're talking about selling Seferi to a 2nd division Turkish club. Albanian league has become a joke

Italian sides are the biggest scam artists. Lukaku sold for 100m, comes back a few months late for a 1/10th of the fee, Pogba sold for 100m, comes back a few years later on a free transfer.

No, English teams are just reckless with spending. Why Chelsea would spend 100m Lukaku after he was inconsistent for United and failing at his previous stint with Chelsea is beyond me. Teams in the EPL constantly overpay players like Sheffield spending $30 million for Brewster who never even scored a premier league goal. Every English team spends like idiots and they deserve to get burnt. I really hope the TV money bubble pops in England so these teams can die off.

Serie A should look good next year. These Italian teams are making a comeback and they're not doing it recklessly. With Inter, MIlan, Juve, Napoli and Roma it will be an interesting league next year.

Serie A is at its lowest point ever. They can't compete with English teams and the likes of PSG, Bayern, Real and Barcelona. EPL scrubs like Tammy and Giroud were starting for Roma and Milan this season and scored in double digits. The top scorer in Serie A was the mediocre Immobile that no other team will even bother bidding for. Milan just lost arguably their best player in Kessie for free to Barca after winning the league.

An EPL reject like Lukaku will likely dominate dominate the league again next ear. On top they are notproducing any talent. The brightest young prospects today are being produced by France and Spain. Italian football is in free fall after another disappointing WC campaign.

There is only a select few clubs that are way above the rest right now and can win the CL. Inter is trying to get to that level and could've eliminated Liverpool with a little luck last year. Juve has the potential to eventually come back as well but they are not there right now. Milan, Roma, Napoli are EL/conference league level. I wouldn't be surprised if any of these teams won the EL/Conference in any year.

Plako you can't just cherry pick whatever the f you want. Salah looked Mid Tier in Serie A, and he tore up EPL for years to come.

And Lukaku scored his highest ever tally in EPL, so I'd hardly call him "an EPL reject".
