So why do you insist that he start over Cikalleshi and Manaj at the position?

-995 minutes played
-2 goals against opponent ranked below top 200
-Goal every ~498 minutes

Manaj
-1313 minutes played
-6 goals with highest coming against 90th ranked Belarus
-Goal every ~219 minutes
-Winning goal of nations league group

Cikalleshi
-1359 minutes played
-9 goals (France, Poland, Iceland, etc..)
-Goal every ~151 minutes

If it was up to Uzuni, the match in Elbasan would of ended in a draw last month. Thank god Broja did not pass it to him! An “energetic” striker who cannot hit the target is no more than a headless chicken!

Notice the performance of Cikalleshi and Manaj at Poland. One scored a wonderful goal and the other won a huge penalty. Best players on the pitch!
Won a huge penalty ? What game were you watching ???

Because Albania can't afford to play 2 slow, immobile poachers up top. It's like playing with a player less and weakens the midfield a lot.

Nobody does actually. Even England plays with only Kane up top supported by AMs/wingers like Sterling, Grealish, Mount, etc.

Albania cannot afford to play a man who does not hit the target up top!

The stats tell the full story..

Coming from the man who wants to start a superliga keeper. I don't think you have a grasp of stats at all.

Has any player had a good week before the Hungary game lol? Seems they're all benched/losing.

At least most of them are regular starters besides the odd rotation here and there.

The only benchwarmers:

Strakosha
Berisha
Kumbulla
Manaj
Broja

At least Strakosha and Kumbulla are fortunate that their high level clubs are playing in Europe so they can be rotated in.

Berisha is getting benched by a gk who's not even 4th choice for Serbia...

Manaj obviously won't ever be a regular starter in Serie a. This silly Cinderella story has lasted so long. He will eventually go back to the lower divisions or Turkey or something.

Borja in the EPL was always going to be hard for him. His overall performances haven't been that bad. He has shown glimpses but not enough to start at that level. Unlucky on some occasions too.

The team is out and it’s criminal . 11 defenders and only 4 midfielders with Balaj still in the team . He’s dropped Laci and kept amateurs like Hoxhallari there . Why is he there when you have Hysaj , Lenjani and Trashi who can play LB ?

Like the last games we’re gonna hope for a lucky result because this coach is clueless .

As for Hoxhallari he's probably there because of a ''at least 1 player from Superiore'' policy
