With memories of the golden years (80's) of the albanian football still fresh on her mind, Albania is now attempting to recreate its strong football legacy. As young players start making their names abroad, the future is looking bright for Albanian football!

Everyone is so focused on Broja but injuries are unfortunate.
Don't let that distract you from the fact that Mario Mitaj has only gotten a total of 10 minutes in the last 5 league games for a shitty Russian club. And he's one of the best NT talents..
But Albanian outlets were linking him to Juventus...
Lokomotiv is a solid team. Won 7 in a row across all competitions and is undefeated in the Russian League (1st place)..
They are giving Mitaj minutes in the cup but unfortunately for him, a young Russian international (Silyanov) plays the same position.
Broja needs to accept playing at a lower level. He keeps trying to stay in the Prem for several years now when its clear he is struggling there and isn't fully ready to play in the Prem.
He won't learn anything at Ipswich and he'll just have another shit season that will make him look worse than he is even.
Why not take a move to a slightly easier developmental league, back to Holland, Belgium, Turkey for example? To be somewhere where most importantly, he can play regularly and score regularly. Gain confidence, build a resume, gain experience and then he can try to make it in the Prem when he's ready.
Right now he isn't and him and his entourage are making bad decision after bad decision. He clearly isn't a completely Prem ready striker yet and they're just trying to force it. His career is seriously stagnating and he's going to end up a forgotten talent if he continues doing this, him and his family and team are morons.

His obsession to remain at Chelsea costed him career, all problems started when he finished loan with Southampton. Picked injury on pre-season on USA, so was behind on terms of preparations in comparison with teammates, didn't get minutes beside cups games so when you don't have optimal match fitness than you are much vulnerable to injuries. So for me it's not only matter of bad luck, it's matter of bad decisions, even after ACL injury he waited until last day of transfer window to transfer at Fulham, experience couldn't been worse and still did exactly same thing on this transfer window.
Exactly... his career management has been absolutely terrible.
No organisation or planning and it seems his focus is just to stay in the Premier League regardless of if its the right decision or not.

That's a horrible suggestion. Broja's problem is just managing his injuries. He's clearly an EPL level striker and he proved it at Southampton There's nothing more to add there.

Broja today is not the same Broja from Southampton..
He has overcome a big injury (is he even fully healed?), gone through adversity regarding playing time, and it has caused him to lose confidence (missing a bunch of full out sitters).

IMO, interested clubs are chased away by the price tag Chelsea has put on Broja, 30 million for a player who has played so little after a horrible injury is to much.

At Southampton - 6 league goals. Not terrible especially considering his age then, but would put him firmly at relegation EPL level at that time.
That was before a year-long ACL injury and several years without playing football. He isn't as good as he was then anymore or even particularly close.
Lol that was 2 years ago. You think he's lost his ability? All this injury talk is nonsense. Every time he's been healthy he's been super fast. Spain and Italy were dragging him to the ground to stop him.

I know he has lost his confidence for sure..
Not playing for 2 years. Missing full out sitters for his club. Sugar Ray Manaj eating his lunch at EURO 24. And on and on..
You can have all the talent in the world but without confidence, it is like having a bank account full of money but with no way to access it.
Broja has always missed sitters though. He always scored wondergoals but missed simple chances. That doesn't mean he's worse than his Southampton days.
