He only featured in a non fifa international friendly for them so he's not cap tied.

And Berisha is actually cap tied to Norway. For some reason I thought he was close to accepting a call up from Kosovo.

What would be the Berisha count if he had accepted?

Albania should try Dashmir Elezi of Shkendija which has already 3 goals in Macedonian Championship. His composure is amazing for 16 year old player.

Muci is starting to dominate the Albanian league. That's a sign of NT potential.

Muci has talent. He practically plays as a #10 for Tirana or in a Ibrahimović lite role and has created every chance Tirana scored this year. Such good vision and creator for his age and also has good touch and dribbling ability. I want to see him play on a team/league where the game is a bit more open because I don't think the Albanian league shows off his talent enough since it's so physical and rough. To me he has always passed the eye test and if he flops in a bigger league it won't be because he's not talented. He needs to leave in the winter.

I also think Ismalgjeci might have some potential or atleast the potential to move on from the Superliga.

And that Elezi kid from Shkendija does look impressive he should be poached up to the u21

Rapid Wien has been following Muçi recently. Would definitely be interesting to see how he performs in the Austrian Bundesliga, especially since Rapid is a top-3 team.
As for Ismailgeci, looks like he's on his way to Lokomotiva like many of his countrymen

These guys like Selmani and Mergim Berisha are probably gonna play for Kosovo and I know Berisha will want Germany but he'll probably settle for Kosovo once he doesnt get called up. I dont see us attracting these diaspora players with Kosovar backgrounds anymore. Maybe if we qualify for something soon they will start coming but Kosovo has been more aggresive with these players and they probably dont feel a connection to Albania at all besides their names. At this point just focus on our homegrown players and some Italian based youths.

f*** that dude. It's the players' decision first and foremost. Albania should chase these guys aggressively and stop being passive.

It's one thing to respect their decision to pick Kosova. It's another thing to just play dead and roll over. We all know footballing wise, a united front is way better than 2 mediocre teams.

Elvis Rexhbecaj scored a nice goal this weekend and was in the Bundesliga team of the week. Why hasn't this guy decided on his NT future yet? He'd be a big addition to either Albania or Kosovo.
