That’s what happens when you’re under constant duress for 90mins . He’d put in a big shift and tried to make a pass he shouldn’t , I don’t see him do this at club level tbh

Even the broken clock is right twice a day!

Uzuni has played 1295 minutes (official matches) with us and yet to score on an opponent inside the top 200. Comparing him to Cikalleshi, who scores every ~168 minutes is ridiculous. If that penalty got called, the conversation would be much different today.

Confirmation bias is strong here. The same ones talking down Cikalleshi will not comment on Bare, who cost us the match. Our biggest advantage last night was our size and strength, as we bullied the opponent in their house. While Cikalleshi was on, Albania looked tremendous!

Why would I want to get smaller and weaker, with a worse finisher like Uzuni in there?

These players just mental midgets. Can't handle any kind of pressure.

Tbf that was Kumbulla's fault just as much. Bare was surrounded by 3 Spain players and in hindsight yes, he should've passed it to Hysaj instead of Djim but he was pressed immediately from all angles. Kumbulla should've hoofed it out instead of short passing to Bare.

Yes maybe a more technically gifted player like a Pedri would've gotten out of that situation but Bare is not that clever. Kumbulla should know his teammates. Bad pass.

Cikalleshi is one of, if not the strongest player on Albania. Standing 1.87m, he is called the Terminator for a reason.

Easily our best aerial threat and a cannon of a shot can score from anywhere on the pitch.

Well, it's a shame he didn't put some of those aerial talents to use last game, all he had to do was head the ball across an open net.

That's a good point. Kumbulla should have just cleared the ball.

The only think Cika has shown with Albania is to have a thunderous shot when he used to create his own chances some few years back. He's never been strong in the air.

Cikalleshi just gave his club 3 points with a header couple weeks ago.

Was it Veseli's fault for passing him against Poland as well? This is a pattern. A midfielder that can't handle the ball is a liability.
