Pretty sure FSHF is not the one destroying football fields to build buildings.. The government is.

Albania has the most anti-sport government in Europe and invest absolutely nothing for it. Even Kosovo is way ahead in this area.
I don’t disagree that the government are crap in ALL aspects. They fun the FAs. But it’s then the FAs job to deal with grassroots football, they don’t do that. Come on man it’s all corrupt

People are completely missing the context or refuse to acknowledge it ... but hey 1 name (Duka) is easy to blame for everything.
I was reading recently that the Montenegrin FA was spreading millions they got from UEFA into clubs.

Duka is spreading it into his pockets with subpar stadiums where the contractors probably give him a 50% kickback.

He is the #1 culprit for turning the Albanian league into a match fixing haven for corrupt owners who have nothing to do with football.

They stole Tirana's European prize money last year. They have built absolutely nothing in 20 years under Duka despite receiving millions from FIFA.

Cyprus currently has 3 clubs in the Europa League playoffs and 1 in Conference playoff. 4 clubs still in Europe

Their FA president must be the greatest ever.

Cyprus has a strong league..

One of the rare exceptions where a strong league does not translate to a strong NT.

Some other countries that have clubs in European playoffs but are not competitive at NT level:

Azerbaijan
Armenia
Moldova
Malta
Lithuania
Luxembourg (although more competitive recently tbf)

Bulgaria is kinda approaching that level too.

Ilir Daja has no problem smacking the impressive foreigners of this Macedonian team.

If this doesn't motivate Albanian clubs I don't know what will...
Redijupison

Lmao can we blame Duka that Partizani got rid of Ilir Daja
