The government is more responsible for grassroots than an FA. It starts in schools.. The activities they do there and culture that is being implemented.

Pretty sure FSHF is not the one destroying football fields to build buildings.. The government is.

Albania has the most anti-sport government in Europe and invest absolutely nothing for it. Even Kosovo is way ahead in this area.

Duka is spreading it into his pockets with subpar stadiums where the contractors probably give him a 50% kickback.
