We talk about "professionals" while Hysaj keeps costing us crucial games with his shitty giveaways. The guy has 0 redeemable qualities. Bad defensively, bad offensively, can't complete a proper pass.
Part of the problem is he’s not a wingback and poor at attacking. When he’s not needed in attack (like in Napoli) he’s serviceable and knows his role to be a defensive stalwart. In a 3-5-2, especially for albania when the forwards have been traditionally awful goal poachers with no technical ability and a very limited midfield, the wingbacks have to get forward to provide width to open up the play.

He’s trying to get forward and he tries to create width but he’s not very good at it. In his defense if the midfield and forwards where more technical this would create less pressure on him. This is why a team needs balance. Ideally we should be using him as a defensive stalwart giving us more flexibility to have more pure attackers in the lineup but instead we’re relying on him to create.
He's not a defensive anything. How many more goals is he going to cost us cause he loses possession carelessly?

Against Poland it was cause they put pressure. Against Israel he does a stupid backheel pass without seeing where to pass it to.

Hysaj has been atrocious for the last few years. The only reason why he still plays for Albania is bc of lack of alternatives and we can’t “drop” a Serie A player. Neither Reja nor FSHF has had the balls to drop him. Lack of competition makes you lazy and Hysaj hasn’t given much of a f***. This time is actually the first time he admitted he had a bad game. The tragic thing is nothing will change, he will continue to play and make blunders…

One thing about these Italian coaches is that their ego is through the roof.

This lineup is Reja making a final statement knowing that it's his last game. It's a "f*** you" lineup to Albanians.

Under normal circumstances since it's practically a friendly, Asllani would be tried in his natural position as a #6 but he gets punished for not being Maradona as a #10.

Broja who badly needs play time and confidence gets punished even though he created the only chances in that game out of nothing.

I'm hearing that Cikalleshi worked hard... what did that hard work lead to? 0 threat or chances. He lost every duel he needed to win. That's the problem with some of these hard working players. It may seem like they work hard but not only are they ineffective in what they do but they actually harm the team because they are very limited. Qazim is like that too. Sure he ran but they were joga bonito his ass any time they wanted.

What game were you watching?

Cikalleshi carried Albania forward, did dirty work helping out in midfield, threatened their goal with header, and gave 100% on the pitch.

Yeah maybe he should lose possession for the game winning goal that disqualifies us like Ramadani. Maybe that'll get him a spot in midfield.

I hope this is the senile f***'s last game.

He lost a very simple duel in midfield which led to the goal...

But of course he gets no criticism for it because losing every duel is what everyone expects from him...

What duel?

Hysaj pass intercepted in midfield by Israeli led to the counter attack. Go check highlights again, stop spreading falsehoods.
