Can’t see this ending well but you never know
If it is a South American, I hope at the very least they play attacking football.

If we're going to lose, at least let us be entertained. There's nothing worse than losing while playing anti-football.

Looking at Brazilian comments on twitter, they really like Sylvinho. He's generally loved in the football world. We'll see what he can do.

Sylvinho prefers the 4-3-3, so should be the end of 3-5-2 for us finallyyyy

Reja actually blamed the players for 3 in the back. He said that Djimisiti, Veseli and others told him to play like that because they were scared that they were gonna concede many goals.

Time to see what Djim and Kumbulla are made of. No more excuses. I suspect they will struggle at first though.

Happy new year to everyone here in the forum. Hopefully the new manager leads us in the right direction this year :flag:

Strange, strange appointment. We've gone for a Brazilian which is a completely different school of thought and footballing culture to Albania, not only that but he will not be able to communicate with ANY of the players himself. Then additionally, little to no experience as a manager - in the little experience he does have, he was fired by Lyon after 3 months and fired by Corinthians after a year.

He also sounds like an attacking coach so maybe we will get murdered any time we play a top team.

A really odd appointment which doesn't seem to fit with the structure of our team at all but hey I hope it works out and we get to see some nice Joga Bonito.

Also, notice only 18 month contract. Duka had to ask Rama for money to pay for his salary. Probably why he kept Reja around until the last minute.

Although like I said, if he plays attacking football, I'm all for it. Maybe the team will become watchable again. I don't care about results anymore as long Duka is in charge. This team will never accomplish anything with him there.
