6/24/2024 EUROS: Albania vs Spain

Never made one of these threads before but f*** it hope it brings us luck.

I think Muci and Broja need to be inserted in place of Asani and Manaj. Laci deserves to start again and he has the motor of a bull. Albania will need to capitalize on it's counters and we've missed too many chances against Croatia. I'm not opposed to Hysaj getting benched but if we play a bit more attacking he might have some value back there.

Decent line up I would rather have Hoxha start after he carried us vs Croatia and start Balliu in for Hysaj.

Otherwise Nico Williams is going to embarrass Hysaj like he did with Di Lorenzo yesterday.

Really hoping Spain rotate and take it easy since they won’t want to risk anything since they qualified already.

It's insane how far we've come tbh. I remember the days when we were scouting 2nd division Swiss players for the NT.

Nice to finally have some players with personality. No matter what happens, Daku is a legend after this..

All 3 strikers Manaj, AB, Daku are good players, big characters! Will be really fun to see how everything shapes up between these guys in the coming years.

Albania has a lot of depth at every position so subs should be super effective if executed right!

I'd keep Manaj. I thought he did great last game. Maybe put Broja as a super sub.

Balliu for Hysaj.

Hysaj just can't do it. He's the Lorik Cana of this tournament but at least Cana was gone after the first game.

I don’t know where all this Manaj simping is coming from but the guy has played almost 40 games for the NT and has been shit in almost all of them. I can’t remember one good Manaj game for Albania.

Sugar Ray Manaj is in the shape of his life!

It is not easy being Albanian striker! No service, have to waste all your energy giving 110% on defence, have to fight super hard on every long ball to try and win the ball/create some space for teammates, etc. A thankless job most of the time!

Ray is a fighter though! He was doing MMA with the Croatian CB all night and actually getting the better of him!

Unlike AB who was sat there waiting for mommy and daddy to get in and play for him!

Sylvinho got the starting lineups all wrong. Out of any game Broja should have started against Croatia. Perfect for his speed and we saw plenty of the ball.

Against Spain and Italy we'll barely see the ball, so I don't care too much who's in there.
