The fact that Seferi started over Hoxha should tell you everything.

If Balliu and Hoxha had been the starters this tournament you could say we'd be qualified today. Very unfortunate.

Have to give most of the blame to Sly. Lot of questionable calls.

The team looked totally different with Broja. Why not at least bring him on to start the half?

Hoxha looks great as well.

It's too bad Balliu is already 32 but I will love to see him continue to play for us.

Djim and Ajeti were solid as our CBs.

Everybody else left a lot of be desired. Manaj and Bajrami were fckin terrible today.

We had more shots on target than Spain this game... All but 1 coming from the subs onwards. LOL.

Imagine if we actually played with proper players.

Hysaj should have gotten the boot after the Italy game.

Balliu is a pure defensive minded player. Hysaj is a pretty boi.
Only time i thought about Hysaj was when Balliu got the shot with his body. 321 .... Meme's coming
lol yep. crossed my mind too. He's so much more composed than Hysaj. Took it like a champ.

We deserved a goal at the end there from Broja and Hoxha's play alone. Completely wasted the first half with Manaj and 1 shot on target. Shame we couldn't end it at a draw we looked way too dangerous in those final minutes not to have scored.

It's sad because we all knew that one trick pony cut inside bullshit wasn't going to work in this tournament. These teams are too smart and advanced to give him that space. Asani can't create space on his own because he's too slow and weak. Teams have to gift him that space he needs.

It's not going to work in the next qualifiers either because everybody knows that's what he likes to do now. Asani minutes will only be hurting Albania in the future.

Yeah, on paper, Albania finished like they should. But we all know they didn't pass the eyeball test.

Questionable starters and subs.

Italy and Croatia aren't what they used to be. And we were the only team who got to play Spain's B team.

4 points was very doable.

Should also note he actually hadn't played football for several months before the tournament. That has to play a part, he hasn't played a pro game for like 4 months then comes straight into the side against top teams.

I'll give Sly slack for starting Asani because he's largely the reason we even made it to the tournament. And I'm not sure who starts ahead of him. Muci?

Hysaj, Seferi, and Manaj, I cannot excuse. Because we had clear better players (Balliu, Hoxhi, and Broja).
