The fact that this Egnatia won Superliga proves my point above. Tirana at its core is still the village it was in the 1920s. Dont let the tall buildings and people moving there fool you.
Reminds me of the Arab states that build cities in the desert overnight. Those places will never have proper football development no matter how much $$ they throw around. They have no sporting tradition or culture. They pay CR7 a billion dollars for 2nd place in their own league.

This Gashjani kid is 17 years old and starts in Europe for Llapi, he's very raw, but the potential is there and has all the talent to become an amazing player. He's actually the only player that has impressed me watching the Albanian clubs in Europe during July.

I have been saying for years that Duka destroyed domestic football. Superliga used to produce players like Tare, Bogdani, Rraklii, Lala and Skela. The best product in the last two decades have been Roshi and Muci.Aurora Bulkualis wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2024 11:35 pm The fact that this Egnatia won Superliga proves my point above. A team like Ballkani still has a shot even if the talent on the squad is not there. You can’t count out a team with experience and some basic discipline. They were able to pull it off last year the same route. And honestly they should go through to the playoff round at least

I believe Ballkani and Drita will qualify on playoff, Drita unfortunately will face Legia so it will be tough to qualify for groupstage but they performed well against stronger teams. Ballkani once again has good draw if they eliminate Lairne tonight they will play against Dinamo Minsk.

Wow!
FC Noah eliminates Greek runner up AEK!
Founded just 7 years ago in 2017.
They have been running through the competition this year in Europe!

Good for them but only 1 Armenian player in the lineup is overkill.
Especially when Armenia has never qualified for an international tournament.

Good call (still waiting for the result of Ballkani). Drita fought back to win it in extra time and I think they can upset Legia. Not a bad team at all.ZenMaster wrote: ↑Thu Aug 15, 2024 8:05 pm I believe Ballkani and Drita will qualify on playoff, Drita unfortunately will face Legia so it will be tough to qualify for groupstage but they performed well against stronger teams.
