Good game by Tuci. Seems like a solid striker, good at hold up play and off the ball movement. Daku was disappointing this international break, he missed a great opportunity to impress., but still better than Manaj.

Daku should've played against Georgia when they bunkered in Tirana. He's perfect for those situations where he can leverage his height for headers.Klejdi1023 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2024 11:38 pm Good game by Tuci. But in an open game where he's supposed to hold up the ball, he's dogshit.

Daku plays like he's drunk. I think he just has a low iq in general.

Yes, so good that he hasn't done anything for 3 years.Aurora Bulkualis wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2024 6:06 pmI laugh at Broja criticisms... At his peak he's like 80% of the team quality.Dallku wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2024 2:53 pm I said it before the national league began, in these matches we will find out that Sylvinho's luck ran out. You can only get lucky for so long with some of these players.
Just hope in the world cup qualifiers Broja is back. He's the only chance Albania has of pulling a miracle.
We have played without him for a very long time and when he had a chance at the Euros he was poor.
He needs to earn his spot like anyone else now, 2 goals from 3 years ago shouldn't guarantee anyone a spot.

Rewatching parts of this game, I'm starting to understand why Ajeti shows up for big games. He's got great composure and maturity.
I don't think he's particularly super-talented defensively. I think Kumbulla and even Cana have/had more destroying/defensive natural talent. But with Cana it became clear he was too much of a hothead defensively. Even though he was physically strong, great in the air, and at tackling, he didn't have the maturity and composure to play at the EUROs as a CB. When Ajeti came on, we didn't concede a single goal. Even against France we only conceded once DB took him out.
Ajeti's greatest asset is his mentality, not his physicality. He's super professional, calm and composed no matter how big the spotlight is. Which for Albanians who get overly-emotional on the field, he's a stark contrast.
