Clubs like Tirana, Vllaznia are owned by the cities. You can't buy them. For Partizani I'd guess somewhere in the 10 to 20 million range.

Nvm, looks like Vllaznia was sold by Shkodra's city council for 600k to 700k last year. I highly doubt this is the actual figure though.

Shkodra is the only major executive post Berisha's people have left. Probably sold the team for a few million under the table. Fucking crooks
