When you go on avatar section of your profile select on type of avatar the "upload avatar" voice then you can upload it. Althrough it should be less than 34 kb :)

I like the banner, nice and symmetrical and has the logo in the middle. Let's not get away from the main focus of the forum which is Albanian football.
