Honestly his tactics are good.

Albania stole the ball in so many promising positions but didn't have the quality to take advantage.

The defenders and Abrashi were the best players. Manaj was also decent in the 1st half (but you have to hit the target on that shot)
Lol we rely on hoofball, there's no tactics.

Strong agree with Dallku

Tactically we set up well. If we had some technique we could score.

Besides Hysaj and Uzuni who else was missing?

Thankfully Selmani didn't blunder. He did look very insecure even though they rarely tested him.

We were missing a RB ... I can ask for a shot on target and an ounce of attacking threat.

His tactics look good because it’s a June friendly against wales. We’ve been pretty good in friendlies over the years but once a competitive match happens we get stomped.

It’s also okay so far because Reja has a professional defense and some hard working midfielders in Abrashi and Bare who are both competent players.

However after 2+ seasons our attack is still as awful as ever and we’re still using the same garbage attackers.

This team plays like a mid table Serie B team.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again.

He's picked Manaj, Balaj , Cika continuously over his tenure , there hasn't been 1 game where we've played good football under him. He needs to go as soon as possible.

A good result considering that the oddsmakers, on average, had given the home side roughly 55% chance to win (draw ~28%). We did well to deny Wales a much needed confidence booster ahead of Euro 2020.

As usual, the midfield was the weak link. They could not keep up the pace and got overrun to start the second half. Struggled to provide any service to the attackers.

Defense was solid all night. The trio of Djimsiti, Kumbulla and Ismajli made it a relatively easy game for the debutant, Selmani.

Ultimately as a team you are what your players are.

Even if we had Guardiola you think he could make Balaj have a decent first touch? or make players like Veseli and Laci not panic when they have the ball and getting pressed??

This team plays like a Serie B team because ultimately that's the level of most of your midfielders/attackers.

If we had Guardiola do you think after 2 years he'd still be telling the players to lump long balls to Balaj ?
