Mitaj still has ways to go.
He's got some raw talent and suprisingly the ability to strike it on goal. Kind of reminds me of a young Lenjani when he was able to run at defenders.

They were also missing a few players like Muci, Celhaka, Selmani and Tuci. This is a good generation coming up and much better than the ones in the past. If there was a time for the U21 to qualify for a Euro Tournament it would be this generation.

Always thought Ismalgjeci and Mehmeti had talent and worthy of a call up for the Senior NT. I hope there's a way they get called up for the Czech match to see how they look against real competition.

I also wonder if our full U21 can beat our Senior team

-----------------Muci---Broja
Ismailgjeci-Mehmeti-Celhaka-Karrica - Marku
---------Mitaj--Kumbulla--Pellumbi
-----------------GK
Mmmm It'd be a competitive game. I'm not sure other than physically that the senior would be much better than that

Yeah it would actually be a close game if you think about it. Senior team would still win though but definitely not dominating.

Bushi has had the U21s playing very nice footy, after Reja departs from this earth he should be the NT coach.
Honestly I think Bushi may do a solid job. He may be one of the few Albanian coaches who has the players' respect. Once Reja is gone I would like to see him take over the senior squad.

Our lineup against Bulgaria U21. Pretty much a superliga selection:

Yeah they've got quite a few injuries but at least Bushi isn't afraid of giving talent a chance. I'll bet the U21s have a better game than the Seniors, they at least are willing to attack.

Bulgaria is worse than us and they’ll be playing domestic product aswell. It will be at best like watching a superliga game but kuddos to Bushi for using friendly games to test new players.

5 minutes in and Bulgaria already 2-0.

Bad sign for domestic talents.
