Kurti e ka per detyrim si kryeminister te mbroj interesat e Kosoves dhe si kunderpergjigje duhet me prezantu nje takse per "mirembajtjen e rrugeve" qe maunet e Shqiperise dhe Serbise mos te kene mundesi ta perdorin autostraden pa pagese. Kosova ka edhe ashtu deficit tregtar te jashtezakoshem me secilin prej ketyre vendeve.
