Bardhi was the guy who'd carry the ball past 3/4 italians and relieve pressure. He also put in an incredible defensive display. He was the MOTM. Pure quality.
Italy literally won the Euros with those midgets a few months ago.
Today you could see they were very nervous. They panicked every time they attacked and Macedonia was also blocking everything. As time went on it became worse. Macedonia just needed one chance.
I think the odds indicated an upset. A handicap of 1 and a half goals for Italy just seemed way too easy in this game. Especially with everything on the line and the talent difference. The whole world lost money.
