I don't think they have won a game since Asllani became a starter back in January.

This is not on Asllani. If anything he has been excellent. But it's a combination of their attackers falling off like Panamonti and others like Bardinelli, Benassi, La Matia not being good enough etc.. Bajrami is also someone who can always do better.

Udinese is outplaying them with dribbling and pace. Deulofeu and their Africans are too much to handle.

Not liking Broja so far.

One great dribble but other than that, not involved at all.

Only 4 completed passes all game... 2/12 duels won...

Idk what's going on with him but he needs to sort it ASAP. Maybe for the best, they'll loan him out again rather than keep in the squad and that's good as he needs some more experience.

Broja can be frustrating and lazy.

Having said that, Albania (against Spain) has used Broja more effectively in one game than Southampton has done in 27 games.

If you can't get him the ball in the box(which they clearly can't) sometimes you just gotta play long balls or through balls at his directions and let him chase after it. Yeah it's an inferior style of play but that's his strength.

Notice all his goals have come from him doing something out of nothing. No team work or nothing. Except maybe the first one because of Redmond(IDK why he doesn't play btw). The chemistry with the teammates is lacking.

wtf do you mean not liking Broja, did you watch that game and how Arsenal had 76% possession?

Southampton created nothing the whole game, his dribble was the only threat on goal they had apart from that goal which was from a hoof via a corner.

He had nothing to work with all game

This is why the striker has to serve as a outlet sometimes, winning duels and helping in midfield rather than just scoring goals. But it's his weakness, he is not a great passer and can improve his holdup play.

Vrioni double today, a goal in the 94th minute to win Tirol 3 points. Breaks a little scoring drought he had.

You definitely didn't watch the game then. Because he was totally alone and Southampton had none of the ball. Was like watching Albania vs Spain.

He was up against a whole backline on his own, even when he'd win a header it would instantly be picked up by the other CB.

The few times he had a moment he made something happen.

Seriously after you watch these Vrioni goals from today, do you honestly believe that these goals translate to international football?

What country is giving you that kind of space and free shots/ headers on goal?? Albania played Georgia and Georgia wasn't giving you those type of chances if you played them a week straight.
