What I and you can’t actually name is three Albanian talents playing straight from the Albanian league to a top European league.

So thats 34 year old Sokratis and 31 year old Manolas who's now left Europe. Not exactly a wealth of exciting talent is it?

They have also guys playing in Italian and German leagues. Albanian Nt wouldn’t be much better if they didn’t have help from Western European countries to develop their talents.

Just impinge that the best campaign any Albanian club had ever had, barely had any difference with Olympiacos campaign this year which you are laughing off. Quite depressing if you ask me.

Olympiacos barely sell any player they value for less than 15 million.

Doubt he’d get the chance to even be scouted in Albania.

It's all fine searching for talent abroad but it's also true that Albania's source of talent is other countries' academies. That CYD guy seems like a huge hot head trying to convince people here that other Balkan leagues don't crack it while the best export of Albanian league has been Peter fcking Olayinka to Gent for 1M $. This is actually getting more and more ridiculous

No we don't have better talent than anyone in Europe, perhaps Switzerland or Germany or Italy have, and we do beg them to ship them back to Albania in order to be competitive in high level.

The average footballer that comes through Albanian football system has the Polish and the Hungarian league as his best ceiling. But it's all good since there are other countries able to produce talent to represent Albania because can't make it ourselves.

By that logic, it is all fine and dandy that Greece stole Albanian weightlifting product Pirro Dhima, who went on to become arguably the greatest weightlifter ever.

Dhima is, to this day, the most criticized athlete by Albanians. We do not like it when others steal from us, so why should we steal from them?

Man, what are you talking about? Rrahmani went through Superliga, so did Uzuni, Roshi, etc... Plenty of people have gone through Albania that played in top leagues.

Whether they stay there or not, is another issue. This guy has played like 4 pro games.
