But listening to Albanians you would think that half of their team was....

After Xhaka there will be no more. Switzerland stopped producing professionals of Albanian ancestry a while ago. That peak between years 2008-2016 was insane.
Their u16 team was literally all Albanian this year wtf you talking about 😭😭😭😭😭

What happens when Mitro puts it past Sommer again and sends Switzerland packing?

Princ might get the last laugh.

Serbia being slight favorites (while Switzerland has looked like the better team and will be a public pick) is not a good sign for the Swiss.

Serbia scores tons of goals..

21 in their last 8 games, 14 in their last 5.

Just need the defence to play up to their capability. Midfielders need to step it up defensively, too high up the pitch often times in attack, leaving opponent too much space on counter.

Player to score
Aleksandar Mitrovic +175
Dusan Vlahovic +175
Luka Jovic +240
Dusan Tadic +275
Haris Seferovic +275
Breel Embolo +333
Noah Okafor +333
Christian Fassnacht +375
Xherdan Shaqiri +375
Darko Lazovic +400
Filip Kostic +400
Nemanja Radonjic +400
Renato Steffen +400
Ruben Vargas +400
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic +400

Switzerland would be through even with a draw. They’ll be playing counterattack. Probably a 1:1 draw

Thanks to Morocco running over Belgium, Croatia too could face elimination should they stumble on Thursday night in Ar-Rayyan..

Wishing Balkan teams the best of luck!

Look for USA to upset the Netherlands in the knockouts.

This is the most capable USA generation ever. They prioritize pace and technique while the mentality is always strong. Aaronson should be starting though! He's a difference maker.

The 2002 team was a little better as they had Brian McBride and Donovan upfront who posed a real threat. This team, while more energetic lacks sorely a scorer. They have been impressive not to allow a goal from open play in the group stage. As for Aaronson he hasn't been that great coming off the bench, His Leeds form hasn't translated well into his US form. Tyler Adams on the other hand has been insanely good.

Let's see if they can pull an upset vs the Dutch on Saturday.
