Who should be Reja successor?

With memories of the golden years (80's) of the albanian football still fresh on her mind, Albania is now attempting to recreate its strong football legacy. As young players start making their names abroad, the future is looking bright for Albanian football!

Bulku is the only Albanian NT coach in history with a 100% win rate and 0 goals conceded.

Bulku is the u17 coach anyway but both he and Salihi have the biggest inferiority complex you'll ever see. That's why their generation never even came close to qualifying.

The first major away win we got in recent history was against Norway. Bulku assist, Salihi goal. That was the game that turned the tables for us mentally and allowed us to get an away win in Portugal soon after.

Well the choice for Sylvinho is Brasil or Albania and it makes no sense at all to live in Brasil
and travel back and forth. He’s also much closer to Western Europe where he can scout our players. If he uses Albania as a springboard to a bigger job he’ll be invested in doing well.

If their biggest achievement is 1 single game while being part of the team for 12+ years is crazy and I don't know what to tell you.....

That they're terrible footballers and it's little to do with mentality?

To me mentality has to do with underperformance. When someone clearly has the talent to perform at a certain level but don't, it's a mental problem. Someone just being bad at something doesn't mean they have bad mentality.

Bulku for example also started in that Portugal - Albania 0 - 0 draw with prime CR7 on the field. During that era, he was involved in the 2 biggest away performances for Albania.
