Yeah, that was unexpected.
Muçi will also not be there due to injury.
Meanwhile Kaçurri, Çokaj and Shpendi have been called up.
Still no Mehmeti

Well done Sylvinho , well done FSFH

Literally all he had to do was play him 1 min in the last 2 years he’s had him in the squad .

But it’s fine he’s used ajeti like a prime maldini

Why would Switzerland even call him up? He's nowhere near good enough to play for them.

Is it just him deciding he doesn't wanna be cap tied with us, maybe?

I hope they do not let him back when he tries to switch back in a couple years. Close the door on these diaspora morons.

I mean in this case the guy isn't near good enough to play for them so I think this is him actually refusing the callup himself, rather than Switzerland inviting him.

It's unclear if he's good enough to start for us yet let alone play for Switzerland.

That's what shocks me more than anything. Why would Switzerland be that desperate for a player like that...

This is what's also confusing. Kacurri is nowhere near u21 plans. Bushi doesn't rate him at all and showed poor performance when he played. Now he's part of the senior team??

Pretty lame that Switzerland are sniffing around our 23 year old reserves if true, but I doubt it, I think he is probably just trying to switch himself in hopes he gets called up in the future.

He’s now playing in the swiss league on loan and doing well tbh. They’ll cap tie him and in case he really kicks on and becomes good they’ll have him.

They do need defenders tbh, have an argentinian and hungarian league guys currently called up. They’ll cap tie him and if he’s good enough that’s good for them.

It is clear regarding Mehmeti he probably has personal conflicts with Sylvinho and his staff, it just doesn't make sense Cokaj or 'Maldini' will receive a callup over him.
