Shkodranet aren't exactly known for being badasses.

That's very true but I think that makes the youth over compensate. For example, I saw a man get jumped and stabbed by 9 boys in a club once. The rumour was that he stepped on one of the boys shoes and didn't apologize..

I always thought Shkodrans were supposed to be the most "badass" from Albania. Then what city is? Kuksi? Dibra? Tropoja?

Guess every town has his own badass backgrounds from 97' bandits . Bigger cities like Shkoder , Lezhe, Puke, Kukes , Dibra ect were quiet though , actually more cultured . While Tropojans, Laçjant, Matjant, Shijaku, Ballshi, Lushnje, Kuçova had more issues with baddass bandits or bands. There were some in Vlore, Fier and Kavaje too but less influential on the 97 riots.

Shkoder and Lezhe are considered cities full of culture and a lot of old people live there. You never really hear about big crimes happening, in fact that murdered Czech couple was the most shocking thing that's happened in that area in decades.

However, like I said the youth have tried to overcompensate this because I know many young Shkodrans and Lezhjans who are as reckless as it can get..

In terms of lawlessness though, Tropoja is absolutely the place. Everyone in Tirana who wants to act tough claims Tropojan

Anyway those are the only places I can personally speak on because those are the only cities where I have family.

Dukagjins in Shkoder and mirditoret in Lezhe have contibuted on the reckless part quite a bit. 70% of the bloodfeuds in Albania are in these two prefectures with dukagjin and mirdite areas topping it .

Aha Tropojans were nothing more than Berisha's thugs for hire. No one in their right mind in Tirana would claim to be Tropojan

The real tough guys were the ones during Hoxha's time and Shkodra had the reputation for the toughest people during those times. But in my opinion the toughest people and real men of their word in Albania are Kuksianet.

George Soros Foundation and the American Embassy are pretty much running Albania atm. They're really cracking down on corruption and crime while Rama, Basha, Meta shit their pants and pretend they're all for fighting corruption while shedding tears on the inside, and trying to stall as much as possible. The funniest part is that they used becoming EU candidate and NATO members as campaign tools, and now it's backfiring on them since they don't have full autonomy.

USA is setting up a Federal Bureau of Investigation and pouring millions into it. They're even making people take lie detector tests. I've said it many times in the past, once they bring in polygraphs those politicians are screwed

They already arrested a minister from the previous PD cabinet a while back. Let's hope the trends continues :urra:
