I'm going to watch the Europa Conference League game between SK Laci and Petrocub, July 28
I'm a bit confused by the venue - is the match played in Elbasan, or in Laci stadium?
Also, if anyone knows the best way to buy tickets I would be thankful for info.
Thanks in advance for replies
Hey there, the match will be played in Elbasan Arena. Shame cause the Laç experience is one of a kind. You can buy the tickets outside the stadium on matchday. Enjoy!

Shkupi drew Dinamo in middle of Zagreb with 2 goals this week.
Only 1 Albanian in their starting lineup, a few Slavs and the rest is a foreign legion. They are like Sheriff Tiraspol.
But at least they are decent foreigners not like the ones Tirana and Albanian teams have.

Xhelil Abdulla and Blerton Sheji are albanians

Arijan Ademi punishes Shkupi in the middle of Macedonia.
Always tougher for the underdog to keep a clean sheet in the second half, as players are tired. Time to see if Shkupi can pull off a miracle..

So they only have one more Albanian than Dinamo Zagreb and Sheriff Tiraspol but this is supposed to be an Albanian team...
Skenderbeu had at least 7-8 Albanians in every starting lineup....
Results in Europe are important but going full mercenary kinda kills the purpose.

I could be wrong but Shkupi has always been a Albanian team like Shkendija but with their new Turkish owners they’ve been drifting away from their roots. Nothing really wrong with that I suppose since they’ve been relatively solid domestically and internationally. Good to see them put up a fight against Dinamo and they should have a decent chance to reach the playoff round of the Conference league.

They have already secured that.

Sloga was club supported by albanians but always had slavic players on their squad. After independence of Macedonia they became relevant as club and they won trophies but during Yugoslavia era they never played on the first division. Shkendija was founded on 1979 was even less relevant than Sloga and they also had slavic players on their squad.
