He could've done a bit better 1 on 1 when coming out, but at that point it's a toss-up either way.
They conceded a PK In first 38 seconds. It was downhill after that and he couldn't do much on most of those goals.

today could be the return of Broja. Chelsea U21s have a game and he might feature.

Hopefully a return to the bench on sunday and then the cup game they have midweek next week too.

Chelsea still needs a goalscorer badly so Broja will be able to get some minutes.

Calhanoglu injured and will miss their CL game.

Knowing Inzaghi though he'll probably play Mikhtaryan as a 6 and put Frattesi in the starting lineup.

He needs to play with more ego and risk. Not everything should go backwards...

Tbh I'm just happy he finally found an outlet with the NT, especially if we qualify for EUROs. Unlike Kumbulla, he has a chance to leave Inter and go someplace else.

If you're not going to start every game, there's no point in staying in a place. People will overanalyze every single move you do.

Difference is that only one of them is fighting for a spot. He wanted to stay at Inter and fight for a spot so people will judge him on those standards. Maybe harsh but it's a cold sport.

Same with Kumbulla and Broja.

I think the Poland game helped Asllani get a starting chance for Inter but he didn't take advantage. He plays to not make mistakes. Too scared.
