All these guys like Asllani, Kumbulla, Broja, wasted years of their career in clubs they weren't ready for.

That happens when you move to your favorite club. It's hard to blame Broja or Asllani for that. Kumbulla was just unlucky, Roma has been a mess for 5-6 years now.

You guys are not being realistic. Those guys didn't waste anything. Those were a good experiences for them. Some unfortunate injuries took place and in Asllani's case he just wasn't good enough. No shame in that.
Either way they didn't have a choice...
Broja was literally a chelsea product. It's only natural that he signed a professional contract with them. Asllani and Kumbulla as young players didn't have the leverage to reject moves to much better clubs for a lot of money. (and even if they did it would be beyond stupid)

Playing in a bigger club will give you a bit more confidence, but it's no substitute for solid, day in and out play time. You need to be playing 90 min football at a high level to be progressing. Wearing a big club jersey and sitting on the bench is not development, otherwise Manaj would be world class.

Ylber Ramadani leads the Serie A (1st) in dribbles challenged, 2nd in dribblers tackled, 4th in tackles + interceptions, 6th in passes blocked, 7th in tackles!
With a new coach, Ylber Ramadani is back to tearing up the Serie A!
Iniesta made it a couple months before being benched at Torino..

Broja in the bench today against Chelsea. Looks like his injury was really minor and he was just scared.

Anis Mehmeti with 3 assists and a 9.9 rating today for Bristol City, who sit currently 4th in the Championship.
Definitely deserves a callup and probably should start for us.

That is crazy. I don't even think it's debatable at this point that he's our best attacker. Why he doesn't get a chance is beyong me. Normally I would say it's the player ducking call ups but with Albania it tends to be the opposite.
Mehmeti and Medon Berisha will need to get integrated in the squad next cycle.

Our best attacker atm is Uzuni!
Unfortunately, his team got eliminated in playoffs by LAFC but I feel like he improved a lot as the season went on.
Always in great shape, can play at a fast pace, makes great runs, can lead the break, gets into scoring positions..
A lot to like about his game!
Sylvinho is playing him much more nowadays after leaving him off the roster for EURO 24..
If it was up to me, Uzuni would start every match!
Mehmeti deserves a chance too but have to give Sylvinho the benefit of the doubt as the results have been nice!
