Even Croatia against this poor Spain can make an upset. Spain was one of the worst big teams during group stage.

On paper this is probably the most unimpressive Spain team in decades but Croatia is too old and washed up.

I really hope Switzerland upsets France but I don't see it happening even if France doesn't look as good as they did in 2018. Switzerland hasn't really impressed me in the group stages even if they did relatively well.

This Spain team is still stuck in 2012. It's an accumulation of good players that aren't the best fit together. They don't have a spark and their identity is just to pass it sideways. But that being said they should get by Croatia with ease. It has the feeling that this is the last stand of this golden generation of Croatia.

The Croats are incredibly weak. If England could barely squeak past this Croatia (given without Perisic) they are going to struggle
