For sure it's about Reja leaving.

For choosing the next coach he needs to stop with Italians. Just because De Biasi had success (for multiple reasons including outside forces) doesn't mean that every coach should be Italian. Pannuci and Reja have been a disaster.

All Albania's neighbors have something in common... they all have domestic coaches and they are all more successful than Albania with its Italians. Time to get past the inferiority complexes which plague Albanians about anything foreign being better by default.

An Albanian coach will definitely get judged, even unfairly at times but at least he'll know the reality. He will be in the Albanian world. Reja for example probably has no idea about the criticism and shit like that. And even if he does he couldn't care less.

Bushi as new trainer? Obviously the legend Bulku will take over again.

Bushi seems like a noob at coaching. He's a fan more than anything. Some of the shit he says blow your mind and does some weird shit with the U21 too.

Why not give someone like Ilir Daja a chance? Not problematic, he seems serious and took Skenderbeu to EL too. Don't know how much the players would respect an Albanian league coach though.

For Reja to only be fired after starting the next campaign with two defeats like Panucci…

It makes no sense man, instead of getting a new coach to start to plan for qualifying and the 2024 euros they're pretending we care about this Nations League. Reja will be 80 by the time the Euros come around which is just way too old, so keeping him just hinders us in the future even more. They're gonna waste a good group of players , Duka needs a bullet.

Don't worry, this is what Duka says: Reja është në një moshë të madhe, por mënyra sesi ai mendon për të ardhmen dhe është si në moshën 40-vjeçare.

Ahhhh yes Duka the guy we see in the press conferences is clearly a 40 year old , Duka himself seemed to be unable to speak. All that cocaine must be doing it’s job on him.

He just didn't want to throw him under the bus. Didn't confirm that he will extend though. They are probably waiting for his contract to run out in a few months.

Yeah exactly what I'm thinking no way he's gonna throw tens of thousands of dollars to break Reja's contract. That's money that will go in his pocket instead.
