Zelimkhan Abakarov will attempt to win Albania our first medal ever. He won gold in Belgrade 2022, and bronze in Belgrade 2023.
Micic defeated Abakarov in the semifinals in 2023 and went on to win Serbia’s first ever men’s freestyle world title.

Distria Krasniqi secured another Olympic medal for Kosova, later we will find out if it will be gold medal or silver.

Laura Fazliu secures bronze for Kosova. Their second Paris medal and their 5th Olympics medal overall.

Akil Gjakova got knocked out in the quarterfinal too. They should build a statue to Driton Kuka. Th guy singlehandedly put Kosova on the map.

Serbia’s first ever freestyle world champion Stevan Micic has pulled out with a bad knee injury that will require surgery..

Maybe just maybe, through the incoming migrants from Italy, Albania will be able to get medals in 5, 10 or 15 years?!
