I agree with what's written above. Sylvinho's tactics are great and he clearly has a great understanding of the game, but his weakest point is his in game management.

We had dangerous players on the bench who could have helped us preserve our lead by providing counter threat.

Anyways, even though Bajrami is out of form, a professional player should score that.. you don't get that much time and space in Sunday league, let alone at this level, when have you ever seen that much time in front of goal at the top level?

In one aspect, yes Bajrami and the Greek defender should have done better but they are both out of form players. I guess I just don't really expect out of form guys or amateurs (Seferi, Cikaleshi, Balaj, etc) to ever really score in a big knockout match. I just think the quality level of Muci/Mehmeti and Bajrami (who is clearly out of form) is way too large at this point to justify Bajrami in the lineup. But i guess this all doesn't matter if Bajrami burries it 2-0 and Sylvinho looks like a genius for trusting his guy.

Albania also had some luck as well with the blunder made by the Polish defender leading to Hoxha's goal. Ultimately, I do think the better team won yesterday and the game was already lost as soon as Poland tied it up.

Hopefully in the next cycle we can see some new guys like Mehmeti, Muci, M.Berisha all get incoporated. Albania should look to play it's best starting 11 and not overthink it with random dudes in the lineup

Sylvinho with an F U lineup in his last game. Mehmeti still benched. Muci left the team because he knew he wasn't playing either.

Broja is too big, strong and talented to be this soft. His hold up play is so shit.

But the biggest problem is the midfield. Shehu and Asllani are eternal back passers(maybe those are the instructions idk). Laci who's supposed to be the box to box more attacking player fights with the ball. For all the running and work he does he's too awkward on the ball.
