Apart from Werner who is not a classic number 9 but a player who can play at the wings too or as a ss who is really better than Berisha?

Yeah because Germany never faces Lithuania, Moldova, Kazakhstan. Nations League didn't even exist back then.

Of course we are gonna be weaker than these big teams , how can we get better if our talent chooses them. If we all play for Albania we would easily make world cups , so guys like Mergim should lead the way and make us a good team. Instead of hoping to play for the Germans and end up like Januzaj for example.

Albania had the chance to get him during his Magdeburg days when he really struggled. Albania and Kosovo will always have the opportunity to snatch players in the right moment, just as we dealt lately with Broja or Çepele. Even most talented players will have difficult moments but we need a staff who is always ready to persuade them.

This is true. You can't attract diaspora players when the become "good" you have to poach them. Obviously not all diaspora players deserved to be poached (like that scrub we called up from Scotland) but we do have to be aggressive. It's also inexcusable right now since we kinda suck, it's not like we'll suffer if we drop Cikaleshi or Balaj to poach a diaspora player.
And Mustafi made Germany's 2014 WC and 2016 Euro squads. That's more than most players can say..

We clearly suffer when Cikalleshi is out of the team. Same with Roshi.
We need to face the music that these are very important players.

If Cikalleshi was a Kosovar/Italian diaspora player he would have been dropped a few years ago. Some tap ins against the bottom feeders of Eurupe after years of not scoring doesn't mean he's an important player. He's awful and he'll be starting for the next year now (and probably over broja) because of his "performances" against Belarus and Kazakhstan. He'll then go scoreless again for another year then score some tap-in against Andorra. The Albanian media absolutely worships him.
