Ajax lost to Twente (1-2) with Selahi on the bench.

If results hold, Vitesse (up 0-1 HT) will move into first place.

Broja looks terrible tbh. Can't hold onto the ball for more than 2 seconds. Getting tackled left and right. Think he might have cost his team a goal too.

I don't get why he's being played as a winger. Same thing with Cikalleshi. It's clear that he's just a poacher, not a versatile forward.

Bad second half by Vitesse as they blew a great chance to take first place.

The team looked good early on but that red card cost them big time.

Service was minimal for Broja, who played the full 90.

Seriously, Broja has some talent but has incredibly long ways to go to be top 4 league material. His hold up play, awareness, decisions making(football iq in general), etc are a big problem. All those things can improve with experience obviously but not always.

Btw the Dutch league is hard to watch. Vitesse is in 2nd place but this doesn't look like a good team. The level is pretty low.

How many 19 year olds do you see starting in the top 4 leagues ?

We really gonna do this every week huh? One week he's a top prospect then the next he's shit. It's reasonable for 19 years olds to have bad games. He needs to work on his consistency but I also know he's 19 years old and playing in a compressed schedule.

There are a few but those are obviously great talents.

There are tons with potential to play in a top 4 league. Is Broja one of them?? That's the discussion.

I think it's reasonable to project Broja to be a starter for a lower - mid table team in a big league. The question is whether he'll be better than that which the jury is out on and which we'll need more time on.
