Cittadella is a town of 20 k inhabitans. The team has a good stadium and a quality field to shame any of the fields our Fa has build in Shkoder, Elbasan and National Arena. That should be the minimum requirement to play in Albanian superliga. With 2 million € you can build a small stadium like that. Maximum 8-10 k fans.

I don't see what Hysaj could have done there, unless he injected himself with steroids and could run twice as fast. You open your defence up like that, and become vulnerable to counters.

Shame his career has gone down the tubes.
Oh dude shut up. That was right on the edge of the post. Those freak shots beat world class keepers all the time.

I just watched the goal thinking it would be a poor save ... no keeper is saving that , what a great goal. Powerful and dipping away from the keeper at all times .

We may be the most masochistic fans in the world.

If any of our players has one bad season we pounce and say their career is over

That is the Albanian mentality in a nutshell. "Complaining" is our national sport. Here is Emanuel Egbo expressing his frustration with this mentality.

Our national sport is sprinting.

We boast millions of gold medalists in this discipline.

The only Albanians sprinters I've seen are Kuksianet trying to get into the lorries entering the UK.
