2021-22 season..
Not even ranked top 5.
So they had one down year and Bundesliga still could've overtake them..
And even in their "down year" they won a major European trophy with Roma and Inter should've eliminated "superpower" Liverpool if the refs didn't rig them.
Interesting.
Hahahahahha major European trophy, spare me that one please. Are we gonna start claiming super cups as trophies too now?
Are you a salty Inter fan? Because they were no where near Liverpools level

When you watch City play against other EPL teams they look like they are from another planet. Total domination. If EPL was so competitive why does that happen?
City in Europe gets humbled.

Over 2 legs
Inter 1 (0.80) - (3.29) 2 Liverpool.
Inter were lucky as it was when it came to the scoreline

Because City are the biggest spenders, with the best depth team and the best coach. Saying they are humbled in Europe is pathetic. losing in 2 legged CL knockout games is not an indication of the best team.
Reaching semi finals and finals is humbling to you?

Yes because they have spent hundreds of millions to win that European trophy for many years and they fail every time.
They can easily demolish the EPL but 34 year old Benzema and 36 year old Modric are too much for them...
Interesting

Same as PSG no? Shows that these competitions are magical. Cup football is like that, over a league season , the luck evens out, but over 2 games you can come up with results.
They dominated Madrid, if they'd taken their chances it wouldn't have been close. Benzema and Modric are 2 of the best of their generation and soon will both be balon dor winners, what are you talking about?
Benzema took his chances at a ridiculous level, City didn't. They were still mins away from going through despite those missed chances and then cup football happened.
Its like you're being obtuse on purpose. PL is by far and away the best, Serie A isn't close. The end

Upsets happen all the time..
Bet365 had City as a moderate favourite (70.5%) to qualify over Real Madrid (29.5%) before the first leg of their Champions League semifinal matchup.

Odds are based on public perception not actual outcome or even ability of teams(although that can affect public perception). But the EPL hype is so twisted that it got people thinking that teams like Burnley are world beaters. When it comes to odds EPL teams will be favorites more often than not because that's what the public(hype machine) thinks.
Cana, you mention PSG but one of the main reasons that PSG can't get over the hump in Europe is because the French league is so shit that PSG faces no resistance every week. So when they enter Europe they are not prepared, especially psychologically to face good teams.
I wonder if it's the same case with City.
