Reja should call Nazmi Gripshi up, such a classy player.
He plays hard but does he really have the individual quality to make a difference? That team plays well as a group.
Someone like Anis Mehmeti who plays at a similar level seems way more gifted individually. Also younger.

It's easy to say that he gets no service but feels like he hasn't gotten a chance on goal since January. That's not only a coaching thing. His weakness is making those "poacher runs" these top strikers make and get in positions to score. He doesn't have that sense for goal I feel.
Auba was bad but he had chances to score. Havertz can't score but he gets in positions to score. Broja just gets no chances.
Maybe it's lack of experience. We forget that he's only 20..
His athleticism is world class. Someone this big who runs like that is very rare even by world standards.
Broja's problem is he only scores great goals.
It sounds like a good problem to have but in reality the vast majority of top forwards goals are 6 yard box finishes where they've moved into space or beat their marker for a tapin. Without those you don't score many goals at all, which is why Broja hasn't scored too many despite being very talented. Movement is the most important quality for goalscoring.
Broja scores good goals after great runs or dribbles but he doesn't get on the end of crosses or surge into the box to reach a ball in for a simple finish. Sterling is a great example of this, he is like a magnet for 6 yard box chances and his runs always seem to be timed perfectly.

Hard to get in position to score easy goals when you walk around with the frame of a 12 year old girl..

Are you forgetting he’s like 6’4 and defenders bounce off him ? He’s also not that skinny, definitely gained some muscle recently

Where does Broja think he is going with legs like a chicken?

What will happen with Mergim Berisha and Elvis Rexhbecaj? Both are talented players but at this point it’s clear both will never be German NT players. Berisha had a chance but his mediocre stint with Fenerbache ruined any chance.
I hope FSHF are trying to recruit them. Berisha seems like someone who would fit perfectly in Reja’s style. Seems like a Ante Rebic clone.

Been saying it for a while. Guys like Bastian Toma too, they're all much better than the bench players we have now.
