Kastrati could very well be a decent keeper, but he's at the Serie B level for a reason while even clubs like United and Chelsea wanted Strakosha for a backup role as inconsistent as he is.

Those were rumours. Being considered as a third gk along with other 3-4 alternatives doesn’t make Strakosha a backup contendent for Man U or Chelsea.

Btw Kastrati had a great season last year and is doing well this season althrough Cittadela sold many of their best players.

How many goals have superstars Berisha and Strakosha costed us until now?

Football is a game of mistakes. There is no player in the world who doesn't make mistakes. It's about who makes less that wins.

What separates players is the amount and frequency of mistakes. It's never about who doesn't make any mistakes because that's impossible. I'm sure you can find an hour long video of David De Gea or Manuel Neuer fail compilations. That doesn't mean a random goalkeeper from the Lithuanian league is better than them.

Not a high impact goal, but very important for Broja who's been in a bad drought this year, both club/country.

Berisha makes mistakes every time out, Strakosha not much better than him..

Both of these warm the bench at their clubs, while Frasheri plays credible opponents in Europe. Check out his highlights, won save of the week recently.

Huge save last match at Sivasspor too (1:30)..

Andreas Ndoj is making his Olympiakos debut as a CB. (thought he was a midfielder?)

Doesn't seem to be going well though. Own goal, yellow card and currently losing 1-0 to OFI Crete.

He was immediately subbed out as expected. Bad first attempt at becoming a professional.

Very unlucky of him. That kind of goal has happened to the best CBs. Obviously when it happens on debut it influences your career.

Is it really luck though or lack of talent/intelligence/instinct?

It has happened to the best CBs in like less than 1% of their games. It has happened to Ndoj in 100% of his games. Not to mention that he lost every duel and was a red card walking.

It's a shame because there is no way they call him up again.

On the bright side he seems to take Ls well.
