A lot of Albanians have an emotional connection with Milan. It would be cool if their top striker is an Albanian.

Yeah but the Serie A is ass compared to the PL
It's still a greet a league and the gap is not as large as you may think. Just recently Napoli battered Liverpool in CL group stage. Chelsea may have beat Milan over two legs but they lost to DZ away only a month ago.
Milan still has the second most CL titles in history after Real.

In general, Chelsea is a not a good place for young players. This is the team that has given up on massive talents like De Bruyne, Salah and Lukaku. Then the hoards of good talent that went to other leagues (Thorgan Hazard, Abraham, Tomori, etc) or ended up having their careers ruined (ie Piazon). The only time they really used their young talents was under Lampard when they had a transfer ban. Even if he shows promise this year they will sign a Lewandoski esque striker in the offseason. What's the point of him staying?

Wherever play time is given in a top league, is where he should go.

Liverpool have had issues this year. Iām not saying there are not good teams, Napoli has looked great this year but overall if you go team by team the quality of the Prem overwhelms the Serie A.

Playing 5 minutes a game for Chelsea or 60 a game for Milan? I would probably go with the latter.
Though I would warn it is far from a certainty that he starts there either as don't get it twisted, the level is very high and they are looking to win the Scudetto for the 2nd year. If he doesn't perform he will be put on the bench.

Iād wait till the summer before making a move. Keep working hard and see if you get chances by the end of this long season, if Chelsea go buy yet another ST time to move on.
Between now and the last game before the WC on the 12th Chelsea play 8 games. Heāll get some game time for sure to prove himself.

Chelsea are in win now mode for now and ever. The only way theyāll consider him for a starting spot next year is if he really does well this season but with the limited minutes he gets heās not gonna get the chances to convince them. For Chelsea, they donāt care if he rots on the bench while majority of teams in a top league would make sure Broja has chances to prove himself.
Either way he should leave. Go somewhere he can play. Even if itās a team like Udinese or West Ham.
Thereās no shame in this. Look at prior Chelsea ārejectsā who ended up having fantastic careers like De Bruyne or other players like Patrick Bamford who turned into a legit striker because he left. De Bruyne would never have been the player he is today if he stayed with Chelsea and got benched by the football terrorist Mourinho
