Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with Polish nationalism. Legia fields a tall Azerbaijani striker who has a ton of experience in Europe.

Emreli had been a starter for Qarabag as the club played both CL and EL group stages in consecutive seasons. Furthermore, this player has scored goals against Hungary and Wales in qualification.

We all want Muci to succeed but his resume is not comparable. Regardless, he started every match in the league, although getting subbed off at halftime last weekend.

Time will tell as there are some older Portuguese and Brazilian forwards who may also be favored ahead of him. Hard to argue with selections after taking a positive result in the middle of Prague.

That's the point though.

The Azeri striker plays but he has proved to be at a higher level than than the rest of the players. Muci is not at that level yet or at least he has to prove it by getting consistent minutes and improve. He will make mistakes but that's part of the process of developing him.

Right now he gets dropped even when he does something positive like scoring a super goal from outside the box. What confidence do you give a 20 year old when you bench him after doing something good?? No other professional club does that. If they are not interested in developing him then it's better for everyone if they just let him go.

^ Even this video Aurora posted is another example of them killing his confidence. He dribbles past a few players, hits the post and gets punished by getting subbed off at half-time...

1:00 mark. Muci dribbles a bunch of defenders and hits the post. Lol. That should have been in and would have been a sick goal.

I must say this guy has very good technique.

RB Leipzig should be named RB Hungary.

What a goal scored by the new addition from Red Bull Salzburg. We will have our hands full come the 5th of September.

I think we'll be fine against Hungary as they're alot like us. They're used of playing with 11 men behind the ball and aren't used of playing attacking football. So I'm not sure how they'll play against us where they're the favorite and we'll play defensive as always. I think it'll be a ugly draw.

Empoli-Lazio has tons of Albanians.

Many of them on the bench but still. Hysaj is actually playing LB.

Nice assist by Bajrami who look super fast with crazy close control while running.

No wonder Switzerland wants him that bad.

4 minutes in his Serie A debut, and Bajrami already with an assist, and against Lazio at that. Maybe this CAS thing should have been settled before his debut.

Bajrami is a gem.

A real difference maker offensively. We need him badly!

Hysaj is just at home with Sarri.

Would be nice if this Asllani kid got some minutes.
