Anyhow, during the last game with Poland, I called Kumbulla a boy, and said he needed to grow up and be a man. He did it today. That was a 9/10 performance with all that pressure and against the best #9 in the world in a must-win-game at that. That's as hard of a challenge as you'll face. Barely put a foot wrong. Too bad it won't count for shit.

Veseli/Ismajli did OK.

Berisha did nothing the entire game, and got scored on easily. Time to let him go and start Strakosha.

Ramadani didn't f*** up, so I guess that's a positive. But midfield passing was terrible.

Bare is Hysaj in midfield. Looks professional most of the game, until he shits his pants. He's lucky that this fuckup didn't lead to goal.

Manaj - Amateur player that looks good against shit teams. What more is there to say.

Uzuni - Another amateur player that looks good against shit teams.

Roshi - A shell of his former self, and still looked better than Manaj/Uzuni.

Broja - Flashes, but just didn't have enough time, service and was played as a winger. Reja doing everything he can to make sure he doesn't succeed.

Reja - leave

Ramadani second best player behind Kumbulla ironically.

Manaj and Uzuni shouldn't start anymore unless they do something to deserve it at club level. Every player has bad games but Uzuni has been playing badly for us for a long time and Manaj can't be bothered to move his ass as if he is Ronaldo or something whilst he's there having a shit game.

Sahiti from Hajduk is showing great things and we should give him a shot to see if he can add something to the team as he is an excellent dribbler. Up front we should play Broja as lone striker or next to Cika if we play 2 up front. Balliu should start from now forwards as he has been with the team long enough now for it not to be a chemistry thing.

Ratings to sum it all up:

Berisha: Feels like the goal went through him rather easily but just like in Poland, all an opponent has to do is shoot the target and it's most likely a goal. Low level GK and one of the worst captains ever. 2/10

Hysaj: His overconfidence bites Albania in the ass again. He will be the main scapegoat by Albanian fans but this time I can't even be mad at it. He absolutely deserves all the criticism he gets. 2/10

Ismajli: Solid defensively. Not the greatest at passing/composure but not like he had options up front. 7/10

Kumbulla: High level professional. Nuff said. Reason Poland didn't blow this team out. 9/10

Veseli: Solid. You can't say anything bad about Veseli in this game. 7/10.

Bare: High energy and work ethic. Bad composure/too emotional, bad decision making on the ball for the most part. 5/10

Ramadani: His job is that Gjasula/Kukeli role aka calming the game down, composure, making the safe pass, etc.. He failed at all that. He panicked too much. Working hard is just not enough at this level. 3/10

Trashi: Just making up the numbers out there. 3/10

Odi Roshi: Obviously his pace/explosiveness is all gone. All remaining is his will which unfortunately aint enough. He tried but wasn't enough. He is what he is at this point 6/10.

Uzuni: Unfortunately showed his level. High work rate but absolutely 0 talent and composure. Can't remember him doing 1 positive thing 2/10

Manaj: One of the worst performances I've ever seen. I dare anyone to make a complication of his touches and involvement. He probably lost the ball 99% of the time. 0 threat, 0 talent, 0 anything. One of the biggest tumors in the NT. 0/10

Subs:

Broja: He was probably pissed to be a sub and rightfully so. He still tried to do something but failed. To be fair he was put in a position to fail. Glad he didn't bail out Reja again.

Bajrami. Same with Broja but less effective. These players came on when the game was over. No rating for them.

Ramadani was the reason we couldn't keep the ball for 5 seconds. Calming the game down is his job. He panicked more than anyone.

Im seriously done with this manager. He can retire and enjoy his life in Italy, we need a manager who knows what hes doing and not experimenting with exotic formations and weird player selections. I feel bad for Broja and Bajrami, they deserve better. What is he thinking benching our most in form striker and a Serie A starting CAM for amateurs for no reason. And of course we have to miss Gjasula the only midfielder who can cover their taller players and field an amateur in his place. We need a motivated Albanian coach to lead us to the Euros now.

Guy who scored today

Mihaj's teammate. Keep complaining about that we don't have world class players though.

The biggest problem is Reja period
Not once he fielded the best possible line up
3-5-2 it's okay as a system cause we have many good CBs but the players selection always poor
I'd go with

Strakosha
Ismajli(Mihaj)Kumbulla Djimsiti
Hysaj Gjasula Bare Bajrami(Laci) Balliu(Mitaj
Muci(Uzuni) Broja(Cikaleshi)

As a PAOK fan l know very well Swarovski
+ 2nd best poacher at Greek League after El Arabi
+ Good at build up play he can make key passes
- Weak physically
-Not a dribller
